“TECHBARRIER™-NR” is SiOx vacuum coated OPA (bi-axially oriented polyamide film) .
In use for middle layer, it enables retort package which has mechanical strength with high Oxygen and water vapor. Plenty of experience in enteral nutrition application.

  2-ply structures causes barrier deterioration after retort/boiling.
  Direct printing on SiOx layer is possible. We, however, recommend primer coatingif white ink printing is necessary in order to avoid gas barrier deterioration.
