Suggestion: Layer Structure

Caution

  •  1.SiOx surface must not be exposed (must sandwiched with the other layer).

  •  2.Direct printing on SiOx layer is possible.

    We, however, recommend primer coating if white ink printing is necessary in order to avoid gas barrier deterioration.

  •  3.About TECHBARRIER™-NR

    Middle layer usage among 3-ply structures is required.
    2-ply structures causes barrier deterioration after retort/boiling.
