“TECHBARRIER™-VX” is SiOx vacuum coated polyester film with high transparency and cost performance.
Plenty of experience in Food packaging market. Boiling process is available. (except intentional air involving)

    Excellent transparency, high oxygen 0.5cc/㎡/day/atm and water vapor 0.5g/㎡/day barrierability.

    Excellent fragrance barrier as well as O2 and water vapor.

    Less reactive against acid, oil and certain chemicals.

    SiOx surface must not be exposed (must sandwiched with the other layer).
    Direct printing on SiOx layer is possible. We, however, recommend primer coating if white ink printing is necessary in order to avoid gas barrier deterioration.
