Performances of TECHBARRIER-NY

    TECHBARRIER-NY is a type in the TECHBARRIER Series, which has OPA (bi-axially oriented polyamide film) as its base film.
    TECHBARRIER-NY has mechanical strength with high Oxygen and water vapor barrier.
    TECHBARRIER-NY enables you to use a metal detector or microwave oven.
1. Physical Properties:

Physical property of TECHBARRIER-NY is shown in Table 1. TECHBARRIER-NY has excellent transparency, as well as excellent moisture and oxygen barrier properties.

2. Recommendation of Laminate Structure:

TECHBARRIER-NY / L-LDPE structure that is made by adhesive lamination process is recommendable. Extruded lamination happens to deteriorate gas barrier property so that careful preliminary checking is necessary.

3. Strength:

Table 1 also shows the durability against impact, like bag dropping.
